Our sponge wedding cakes are generally between 5-6 inches high. They are usually made of 3-4 layers of delicious cake, filled with scrumptious preserves and buttercream. Alternatively, they can be filled with chocolate ganache (white, dark or milk).
We also create stylish "slab" and "sheet" cakes for a modern, minimalist aesthetic, which many couples like as an intelligent planning alternative to traditional tiered cakes.
Cakes can be finished in either buttercream, ganache or a thin layer of sugarpaste, depending on your chosen design, or be finished "naked" or "semi-naked" for a chic rustic look.
